With warmer weather working its way into the forecast, and spring in full bloom, many of us can experience the allergies that accompany it. Left with sinus congestion, stuffiness and red, itchy eyes, spring can leave you feeling in a fog.
While nasal spray and a box of Kleenex may get you through the day, you might find yourself looking for extra relief when the symptoms become too much. A warm bath full of congestion relieving oils and salts can provide a break from the stuffiness of allergies and lift the fog you’ve been living under. This simple recipe is a great mixture to have on hand for those days when allergies get the best of you. It’s easy. It stores well. And it will provide you with the relief you’ve been searching for.
