By now most of our readers are familiar with aromatherapy. We have often spotlighted relaxation oils and various recipes that will help calm/de-stress. Today we are going to look at the opposite end of the spectrum and spotlight some oils that will re-energize and stimulate (but hopefully not add any stress).
So how should you use these? You can keep a bottle on hand and apply a drop or two to a tissue and keep with you. You can also mix in with your candle-making and light a candle when you need the pick-me-up!
Other options: Diffusers, potpourri, room spray or mix a drop or two in your shower/bath in the AM! You can even mix a few drops of the oils together for a perfect “energy blend”. The possibilities are endless, so find a blend/method that works for you!
