Thank you for taking the time to share more about your business with the maker community. Could you introduce yourself and share what inspired you to start creating and selling your skincare line?
Hi! My name is Kelly and I’m the founder of EndlessGlo Cosmetics. The idea to start a business came to me back in 2020. I honestly never really thought of owning a business. I originally wanted to be a crime scene investigator. I went to college for criminal justice but eventually decided it wasn’t for me. I then went to beauty school where I was originally going to become a makeup artist and licensed esthetician. I’ve always been into makeup and beauty since I was a little girl. I started learning about skincare and different products, and eventually fell in love with the skincare side more. I started buying body oils and body scrubs, but didn’t like how they smelled or how they felt on my skin. So I figured I would start making my own. I started doing research and taking notes about high quality ingredients and business names during breaks while I was in school. I created an instagram page and eventually launched. I was convinced I was going to blow up and sell out day one lol. I originally started selling eyelashes, body scrubs and body oils. As I continued I discontinued eyelashes, perfected our scrub recipe and added new products along the way. Now we have a whole product line and also offer wholesale for those looking to start their own business. @endlessglowholesale

That sounds like an exciting journey to discovering your passion. What do you love most about creating your products?
What I love most about creating my products is being able to combine different ingredients to make something amazing. I love choosing the fragrance and color for each collection I launch. Once I’ve completed the finished product, I love knowing that what I’ve created becomes part of someone’s daily self-care routine. It makes me happy knowing my customers are happy.
What is one piece of advice that has helped you in your skincare business?
Move like it’s gonna work out because it is. I’ve had a lot of ups and downs in my business. I’ve been stressed, I’ve cried, I’ve worried and in the end it always works out. You have to have faith and know it’s gonna be ok.
Out of all the amazing products you’ve created, what’s your personal favorite?
My personal favorite product I’ve created would be our foaming sugar scrubs. I’ve done a lot of trial and error to make it what it is today and I’m beyond proud of myself. They help cleanse, exfoliate and moisturize the skin so you’re getting all the benefits at once.

What is your favorite Bulk Apothecary product and how do you use it in your business?
My favorite products from Bulk Apothecary are sunflower oil and apricot kernel oil. I use both ingredients to add in my whipped body butter to make them nice and fluffy. The best!
What are some of the biggest challenges you and your business face?
